RETÜL BIKE FITTING

Road, gravel, TT or triathlon, MTB... A good bike fitting is the solution to find and adjust your proper position to the nearest millimeter on your bike.

This personalized study can be carried out (by appointment) in our dedicated Retül Bike Fit cabin, located in Le Thor (Vaucluse) store, by our professionnal technical Fitter Nicolas Filippi.

A serious postural study will allow you:

  • to obtain an optimized return on your effort
  • to gain in performance, confidence and endurance
  • to have more comfort by avoiding pain or trauma
  • to ensure the correct size of the bike to be ordered and its settings on delivery
  • to choose your support and contact components such as the saddle, the stem and the handlebars, the soles or the adjustment of the cleats of automatic pedals.


The Retül Bike Fit solution, and its most advanced 3D motion capture technology, accurately measures all your movements and all angles, under real stress conditions.
It takes into account all the points of contact between you and your bike, it is a way to get to know your body, the causes of your ailments and injuries.

How it works?

  • STEP 1

    Starting with a physical assessment of your Fitter will take into account your body's limitations, past injuries, pain and your goals on the bike.

  • STEP 2

    From there, the installer will get you on the bike (your existing bike or your fit bike) to place LED markers on 8 anatomical points on your body which will be tracked by the Retül Vantage Motion Capture system.

  • STEP 3

    Real-time data is compiled in the Retül fit software so that the Fitter can look at the numbers and bring you to your ideal position.

  • STEP 4

    Once you and your fitter have dialed your final bike position, the fitter will create a digital map of your final bike configured using the Retül Zin tool. Bike data and Zin Tool measurements are generated in a comprehensive fit report that you can reference anytime after fitting.

  • STEP 1

    Starting with a physical assessment and detailed questions, your Fitter will consider your body limitations, past injuries, pain, and your goals on the bike.

  • 2ND STEP

    From there, the Fitter will take you onto the bike (your existing bike or your reshaped bike) to place LED markers on 8 anatomical points on your body which will be tracked by the Retül Vantage Motion Capture system.

  • STEP 3

    Real-time data is compiled in the Retül fit software so that the Fitter can look at the numbers and statistics. It can change your settings and thus bring you to your ideal position.

  • STEP 4

    Once you and your Fitter have determined your final position on the bike, the Fitter will create a digital map of your final bike configured using the Retül Zin tool.
